Will the TOS be enforced on everyone that breaks them?

So many cheaters in all games.. cause you dont like who one is over political issues you have it is taken personally. LMAO. This is early access not even a true league leader board really or anything that would make it actually matter.

I care that this lil piece of trash is trying to influence the US government in a way that only benefits his profits. That's much more severe and important than banning his PoE account, which honestly doesn't do jack shit to him. He'd simply do it again, wouldn't he?

He deserves to be exposed as a fraud as much as possible. But I personally give 0 fucks about his account getting banned.

but let anyone else RMT/Accountshare or break any other TOS they are all over that.

Just a couple thoughts on all this:

1. The game is in early access and I believe GGG is focused on larger issues. Things like support, game balance, economy, and security issues are currently their main focus.

2. Terms of Service are usually liquid. Im sure GGG has the flexibility to change the terms of service on a whim and at any given time based on the state of the game.

I would stop worrying about this until the game is in a finished state. Good luck to you all and may your staff be full of many things.

Guy's come on. We all know GGG could care less about TOS. As long as it s free advert and $$$, they would let you do anything. If it was good to have it out in the public, they would be selling you real gear as well for real money rather then the market/3rd party. Its just how it is, steam does this(gambling) and big studios does this too. I know my group might come back one last time when new content drops for a fresh start but otherwise once we get a few weekends out of games like this one, we move on perma for reasons like this one and that's just how it goes.
