Will the TOS be enforced on everyone that breaks them?

Yeah ban all that has misused TOS rules. over 1/2 of the streamers have broken these rules at some point. but now its a big deal cause you dont like someone lol.

This is essentially all it boils down to.

What kind of integrity are players after exactly when they don't even know or state themselves. All leaderboards in any game have always showcased corruption to some degree but its so interesting that why do people care so deeply about a non competitive game being "slightly" cheated on?

And if every cheater got banned and a game was completely fair, the truth is they'd have less fun focusing on whatever game with extremely limited problems because the truth is they never liked it as much as they thought they did and they're just addicted to the drama. Stoopids.

Just asking, because it seems at least 2 people who clearly broke the TOS and even admitted it are still having an account.

No Rules don't apply to the upper echelon in society, that would be un-kosher, you see the rules are designed by the same people who write the loop holes into them for their rich buddies...

It is not law.. it is an agreement between 2 parts. The enforcement is based on the parts will to do so.

No you cannot force GGG to want to do it.

TOS are not LAWs. They are agreements between 2 parts . There is nothing in the TOE that forces GGG to do anything against anyone that breaks it. The same way if you paint the house you are renting without permission, the landlord is not FORCED to do something against you.. he can.. but nothing forces him if he end up liking the color. People need to understand that relationships between 2 private parts are ruled by the perception of gain from both parts. If both parts are happy, you an no one can do anything about it if they have not broken LAW.
