Will the TOS be enforced on everyone that breaks them?
We do not know the contract under which this person is playing the game.
He may not be his own man and suffer from financial distress thus taking a job from Tencent advertising the product, GGG could have provided a pressrelease character in exchange for him working off his checklist of things to say and do, stupid things like "meditate is as good as grim feast" or finishing his maps. One Law or another, undoubtedly hes going to violate the "no politics in games" sooner or later. Like Alcapone accidently not having paid taxes for illegal money. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=drDs-Y5DNH8

I wonder how many will actually stop playing the game because of this vs how many will start playing the game because they saw him playing it.
Last I heard, GGG isn't a charity activist group, they're a for-profit gaming company. If I'm GGG, I know where I'm standing :3 |

At what point does it become acceptable to email support requesting clarity on this issue?

Yeah ban all that has misused TOS rules. over 1/2 of the streamers have broken these rules at some point. but now its a big deal cause you dont like someone lol.

" This is essentially all it boils down to. What kind of integrity are players after exactly when they don't even know or state themselves. All leaderboards in any game have always showcased corruption to some degree but its so interesting that why do people care so deeply about a non competitive game being "slightly" cheated on? Jealousy. And if every cheater got banned and a game was completely fair, the truth is they'd have less fun focusing on whatever game with extremely limited problems because the truth is they never liked it as much as they thought they did and they're just addicted to the drama. Stoopids. |

" No Rules don't apply to the upper echelon in society, that would be un-kosher, you see the rules are designed by the same people who write the loop holes into them for their rich buddies... It's a Big club and YOUR NOT IN IT! |

Accountability and the rule of law are both dead.
You think a game company cares about its ToS aside from using it to get more money? The only laws that are enforced are the ones that hurt you. It's worth noting that +2 maps are a dangerous thing. They can cause players to get out of their depth - playing maps that are too hard for the items they currently have. Herp Derp. Last edited by RickyDMMontoya#7961 on Jan 21, 2025, 12:38:02 PM

" I had my post removed because I inquired about the "gang signs" he threw up at inauguration and if this violates ToS. |

" Guess GGG gave him a blanket pardon ;) |
