Customer Support Update

May we please have a more formal post about the future of transfering Guild MTX from POE1 in POE2? This would save multiple support inquiries across multiple parties.

Thankw for transparency. I got my first reply to ny email in 13 days. But I had to give new details which customer support asked for 24.12.2024. Still havent got reply after giving those details. But still waiting patiently!

a early access game with a mtx shop should be able to support itself. and all this says is they can't while knowing they sold 1+ million copies. the bare minimum should be attained by a company selling a product.
