Today I paid 41$ for 2 supporter packs but packs did not charge to my account, I could not take my coins.
Looks like I should not wait to get an answer for a while.
They just take my money and want to wait for an uncertain time to get back.
It must be a joke.
Did you buy it on the Steam storefront instead of inside the game's microtransaction store?
I have the exact same problem. Bought the 2 other packs on the Steam storefront (after already having Early Access to the game) and altough the money was paid, nothing was credited to my account.
We are not the only cases, there are others complaining about this on the Steam forums and reviews. Seems like there is a problem with their system.
I suspect this has something to do with buying the packs on Steam instead of upgrading to those packs. Their system is probably not recognizing this type of transaction.
I bought it on their website not steam.

their supports is just to paste the same answer and let you waiting for weeks. Why would they care if you can play, u already gave them your money.
