suggestion to make unique boot viable :
make that all of them give 10%-35% increased Movement Speed.
so with a good roll, it could be as good as rare boot.

Armour is big joke in this EA, dont know why they think 15% will not change anything really.
playing a Pathfinder level 92 and you drop this on me

'Fixed a bug where Concoction Skills were considered Bow Skills and as a result could be affected by "increased damage with Bow Skills" modifiers on Quivers'

so now im stuck with a level 92 build with an Ascendancy based around conc skills that now all do 150% to 250% less dps and i cant even reroll out of the Ascendancy very sick.

Note: PLEASE REMOVE ON DEATH EFFECTS or make them VERY VISIBLE. This is stupid. This is not poe1 where we zoom zoom and barely even notice these. Anything that can kill you after the monster is dead is just lame and dumb unless it is very noticeable! In the middle of huge fights (in breach) you can't see them at all. When just regular mapping, the fire one is visible and never gets me but the cold one is barely visible even with a clean floor, this is probably 80% of my deaths and it is nonsense.
If I have 3 copies of a unique, can I toss it into the reforge instead of using a divine?

Where are all the improvements for engaging early game obstacles such as unfair bosses, exceedingly punishing trial mechanics? etc.

Why is playing the game normally for 100+ hours no way to aquire at least basic reasonable base damage weapons to START engaging in late game... Its practically impossible and anyone who overcomes this is either extremely skilled, lucky or has had someone help them with some kickstarting gear)

i have a stash full of uniques and all of them SUCK (and now i dont even get most of them rerolled to the patch level, no i have to pay DIVINES for it? I havent even seen a divine yet in my life and im already engaged in early mapping content)

The TRIALS SUCK THEY ARE ANNOYING, BUGGY AND F.. OBNOXIOUS i hate them so much and i failed the 3rd one over and over (by some wonky crap or a 1 shot out of nowwhere or only getting the worst debuffs to chose) even with help of L92 guy who does high level maps and swims in insane gear and currency...even his god tier monk got 1 shot by some white TRASH MOB in the 3rd ascendancy on the LAST STAGE fml. I tried for 6 hours that day alone and the day before on the SHEK Trial to not get f.. by a random death (cheesy debuffs,a lag spike etc) and having to repeat EVERYTHING...no checkpoints...wtf are you torturing your players...if i fail at the boss let me pay my new token and put me infront of the boss again. If i fail more than half way through let me restart at stage 4 PLEASE. Its just unreasonably punishing.

The elevator of course bugged out again and ruined a promising attempt and if it hadnt been for him i couldve not done more tries because after 120 hours of playing i had THREE tokens that would give me ascendancy points... ARE YOU SERIOUS? The investment is not even remotely on par with the REWARD of doing this content.

DAMAGE OVER TIME inflicted by enemy ground abilities is INSTANTLY LETHAL damage in a lot of cases... which defeats the purpose of being damage OVER TIME, no reaction time given and often awful telegraphing visibilty, is just GARBAGE game design. Monsters blending into the terrain/ground color scheme...do they wear camo? If i want to play COD i go play COD.

Monster BARS not becoming visible when in view range if enabled to ALWAYS show them. Instead i have to hover my mouse of each one and they have to be engaging me ...fuc... annoying.

Multiplayer UNPLAYBLE effect SPAM fest by minion builds and other spam builds.
Why dont you have the ability to REDUCE other players effects on your screen...man should be a DAY ONE thing in an ARPG of that kind.

Im seriously miffed by these lackluster patch notes...and how smug you are ignoring/deflecting the actual issues in the interviews or simply not adressing them even if you talked about fixing them in THIS patch. You did NOT.

Your engine crashing a wide variety of pcs on loading screens...for 10+ YEARS...are you SERIOUS? The solution is POEUNCRASHER which parks cpu cores during loading screens to avoid a full system freeze when your insane engine tries to engage in IO operations on SSDS. "Engine Multithreading" is 100% the cause of this...and you fail to implement a workaround at least..in a decade? WTF IS THIS?
Deliberate disregard of peoples hardware integrity and of course their frustration and quitting the game for it? MENTAL!

In my opinion they have to test and adjust on ground effects IN DELIRIUM ONLY, you can't see shit there. If you make effects ppl can see in delirium clearly, its good. Otherwise it's waste of time.
