The forum post stated to expect a Late January announcement.

The reality is if they were going to do a live stream on twitch they announce it 2 weeks in advance. We haven't heard anything. Definitely not getting it this month.

Then an additional week for the launch. Every Sunday (there Monday) you don't hear anything it's +3 weeks away minimum.

Whats odd is I swore during that interview he kicked the can until february.

Mark my words: GGG has either abandoned POE1 or it will switch to 2 bad leagues per year because they want us all to play poe2 (what btw. is not going to happen).

I'm afraid so, it will be a clear sign that they want to abandon POE1, 2 leagues per year bad and/or recycled, that will be the obvious sign of what will happen, the worst possible fate for the best ARPG, POE2 will never be like POE1, unless they turn it into the new POE1, with all its mechanics, not in this kind of Diablo crappy version they have done, it's a shame what they are doing...
