Upcoming Changes in Path of Exile 2 0.1.1

WOW the uniques got a huge buff, previously 99.99% of uniques were vendor trash, now only 99.98% is vendor trash, so uniques got twice as good!!!

jokes aside the rune overwrite is HUUUUGE!!! Thanks!!! I had 3 empty sockets cause afraid to put "less valuable" runes in
3.23 was the best league of all time (an absolute banger)

The upcoming changes video and Tavern Talk interview was overwhelmingly good.

I trust that you, Grinding Gear Games, with time, will be able to make Path of Exile 2 a grand game ranking as one of the best, if not the best ARPG there is.

I hope the endless barrage of hateful people and people who say nonsense in the vein of "STOOPID DEV JUST FIX X" do not manage to bring you down.

The majority are supporters, quiet but plenty while the hateful crowd as usual is small but loud.
Yes.
Just look how stupid they are. Boss tablets. Ok, but when you get 8/10 Boss skill points, irradiated tablets become obsolete, because areas with Map Bosses are already Irradiated, no one will ever use these tablets again.
Bullshit makes the flowers grow

I feel like you didn't listen to the video at all. They stated they're fixing what they can do on short notice and that major changes will happen in the near future as they're still working on them. Its EA, either chill out or move on, either way no loss for the rest of us. Also Yea no news on Poe1 because this was a Poe2 update. How many paint chips have you consumed so far?
YESSS! W
Maybe I'm alone in thinking this, but I really, really don't believe we need to spin up leagues in early access for changes that affect the game's economy or meta. It's early access. We all knew (or should have known) what we were getting into, and, honestly, we *expect* more frequent adjustments. If the devs are feeling like their hands are tied on any real changes to the game because they have to wait to spin up a new league... well... don't?

Love the changes. Keep up the good work GGG.
More buffing the game, no nerf please.
Thank you.

The death does matter. It's called my time I'm putting in this game, and I don't get that back when I die. It's gone. To add the additional penalties of losing my portal, experience, and items just shows how little the head designers respect my time.

Everybody drink!

In case it's not clear why I mock the "not respecting my time" thing that people throw around:

You just spent time writing a substantial comment sharing your reactions to a 2-hour live stream about upcoming updates to a video game that's in the "slowly generate loot by repeatedly playing similar content indefinitely" genre.

If it's important to you that your time is respected and you only do valuable and rewarding things with your time, you can make that happen. Go to the gym. Enroll in Harvard's "Masterpieces of World Literature" online course co-taught by two eminent professors of comparative literature. Start a vegetable garden. Call your mother. Go to a play at a community theater. Volunteer with a local nonprofit. Learn to brew your own beer. Go on a day hike. Organize like-minded people to lobby your local government on an issue in your community that's important to you. Join a rec sports league. Meditate. Do that home improvement task you've been meaning to do but haven't gotten around to yet.

Playing Path of Exile is, objectively, one of the least productive and valuable things you can possibly do with your time. Most games, and the ARPG genre in particular, are practically designed around wasting time! Few people can do important and valuable things at peak productivity 24 hours a day, so we sometimes do low-value, low-impact, unproductive things to give our minds a break. The idea of "respecting your time" while grinding loot in an ARPG is an oxymoron, it's absurd, it's the punchline to a joke.
hahahahahahahahahahha........
