Grinding gears has nteresting support strategy
I filed a complaint with the US dept of commerce against them once. They lied to the DoC in their response, telling them that they had refunded me when they didn't, but I had saved the email chain showing them categorically refusing the refund, so I sent the emails to the DoC and never played PoE again till now with PoE2.

My brother's still owed 1000 points from w weeks ago, emailed support and has gotten no response. I am at 3 weeks and a few days since I bought 200 points, never received them, no email response for 3 weeks.
And I googled it and even if you're justified, if you dispute the transaction via your bank, GGG will ban you from what I'm seeing, so they're essentially allowed to just steal your money and ban you the way it's looking. I'm petrified to dispute the charge and nobody's replying to my email. |

I'm on day 11, or 12 from the 1st email. As stated before they dont even acknowledge receiving messages. I was under the impression that they were semi caught up being a full month in, but if you guys are still waiting... Feels like they could fix it quickly, but want to condition their customers to wait, and maybe get others to just give up, and eat the losses. |
