Grinding gears has nteresting support strategy

they would usually sort stuff like this out no problem in the past. i really think theyre just overwhelmed with support tickets or something.

dont worry m8, theyre not the evil empire, im sure this will eventually be sorted but it is kind of bad theyre not able to deal with stuff like this in a timely manner. ggg u need to get on top of this stuff it looks bad.
I love all you people on the forums, we can disagree but still be friends and respect each other :)

You ever mistakenly bought something here, and not been refunded? That's not ok, friend.
There are so many games, and dozens of d2 clones. You may feel this is the best, and I had some fun, but there are lots of options.
It was pretty well done, but they didn't reinvent anything that hasn't been done before... D1/2/3/4, DS1/2/3, GD, TQ, TL1/2, Fates, GW1/2, etc, etc.
Thank you for your comment btw.

I can't decide on whether or not you're moaning for the sake of it, stole your mom's credit card for those 60$ or genuinely out of touch.

"either did what the company said to do, or didn't do their job."

Based on the fact that you wrote multiple paragraphs speculating what's going on, instead of actually stating what they said, I'll take it they didn't send you a reply. If that's the case, you can calm down, eat something, drink some water and wait for a reply, if they don't give you a reply in some reasonable time (given they are dealing with a lot of new people asking for support) send a new mail.

If that's not the case, they rejected your request. So it's normal to state what their reasoning was, in between all that yapping and temper tantrumming around. If you don't like their reasoning, open a new "ticket" by sending them a new mail. Your friend should know better than send you to the forums, where moaning rarely achieves anything.

I never had issues with refunds in POE1 and I've had multiple points refunded.
If they refuse your refund and you're not happy with that, you can always contact your bank and seek help from them. Most should have policies for online purchases tho I find it very unlikely, that GGG would reject your refund of coins without having a valid reason for it.

P.S. I've had the great pleasure to work as customer supp (not for GGG) for couple of years when I was younger. I went out of my way multiple times to help people who by company policy shouldn't have been helped, multiple customers were very emotional and few even cried from gratitude for my help after being rejected by multiple of my colleagues. If your refund mail, had the tone, you're displaying here and I was the person dealing with your issue, I wouldn't have went out of my way to help you, let's put it that way.

The point is, that you should remember that there are people on the other side of the screen, trying to fix your goofy mistake to the best of their abilities. This condescending attitude you're displaying makes it very hard for people to want to help you.

Blah blah blah....

Ah a true fan... !?!? Did I strike a nerve, cupcake?

Small people like you don't scare anyone. Fan boys, in general, are great for companies who use them for financial gain, and free publicity, but fan boys are useless for the rest of the world. Just too biased for anything useful.

You trying to throw out insults because you worked as a CS agent from your moms basement is kind of funny. Hilarious actually lol. It's not the job. It's that they would employ someone like you. I've also done CS too. Not necessarily because it was my job. Our company was understaffed, and customers had issues. Since I cared about our customers, I responded after-hours, when needed, to address customer issues in a timely manner. Customer retention was a high priority for us though.

So did you, Miss/Mr customer service, fail at basic reading comprehension? That could explain why I'm having issues getting simple coin refund lol. Maybe learn to read.

As I already clearly stated, I have not gotten a single reply for a week. Are they that busy? I bet if I had an issue paying for that $60 pack, they would have gotten back to me. I can test this as I have multiple credit cards, and can easily make a new email. :)

To further show how hypocritical fan boys can be, your initial statement was an insult followed quickly about how much I wrote. Yet look all your wrote. I did not read it all as I grew bored with your babling.

Xsolla is involved. They expect GGG to address this issue. It's probably too little, too late. Games not great enough, and as a man, I don't feel like I'm dealing with grown folks. I mean if you are the type of person they hire to CS Im LMFAO.

No way are they backlogged for over a week. They just either have me as low priority, or are hoping I'll eat it. I don't eat it. Do you? You would huh. Love the game too much that you would just eat it. Yummy!

That completes my thoughts on GGG CS/POE 2.

Now, let me give you some advice. If you have to use insults to try to make your point, you probably don't have legitimate one, and deep down you know it. Go play your little game, little person, but avoid giving advice until you actually have some legitimate, unbiased advice to give.

I filed a complaint with the US dept of commerce against them once. They lied to the DoC in their response, telling them that they had refunded me when they didn't, but I had saved the email chain showing them categorically refusing the refund, so I sent the emails to the DoC and never played PoE again till now with PoE2.

There is something highly amusing about you allegedly not reading my reply, yet talking about every point I made.

Not to mention, getting offended by "I can't decide on whether or not you're moaning for the sake of it, stole your mom's credit card for those 60$ or genuinely out of touch."

If anything, it says a lot more about you and your fragility, than the alleged insults or me.

In any case, I hope you have a great day, it sure as Hell sounds you haven't had one in decades.
My brother's still owed 1000 points from w weeks ago, emailed support and has gotten no response. I am at 3 weeks and a few days since I bought 200 points, never received them, no email response for 3 weeks.

And I googled it and even if you're justified, if you dispute the transaction via your bank, GGG will ban you from what I'm seeing, so they're essentially allowed to just steal your money and ban you the way it's looking. I'm petrified to dispute the charge and nobody's replying to my email.
2* weeks ago for my bro and 3 weeks for myself.

LMAO. You're still talking like anyone gives AF about you. This is kinda like RL. No one cares about what you are mumbling. You are not important. You added nothing to this subject, and Idk if you're pure comedy, or just sad.

I'm reading it takes 2-3 weeks, and someone having go above GGG CS to get a refund lol. One sentence provided more relevant information than your novel. Good folks scared to dispute charges, and garbage human beings like you defending GGG.

Everyone sees the hesitation in your 2nd post. You know you should have kept your pretty mouth shut, but now you're stuck. Shut up, and you feel like you were beat... again. Keep talking, and I keep exposing you. You really thought you were a big POE gamer CS man, but now everyone see's what you actually are, and everyones laughing, and no one's coming to save you.

Some more advice you small tiny witty bitty girl boy... Doing customer service, from your Mom's basement, might suck, but luckily, you also sucked at it. Maybe try to be better. Be good at something/anything. Then doing CS etc won't suck as much as you do. I get that your Mom doesn't want to hear any more of your CS war stories so you go to various forums to post about it. Maybe just dont. You do not have to spend your days trying to make yourself feel better by attempting to troll folks. TBH, you're also suck at that. At least you are consistent.

That's something, right!

TL: Bought maps tab for POE 2 that are apparently only for POE 1. Messaged a week ago to get coins refunded at 3 different times, and grindinggearsupport laughs.

As shitty as it is to not have anything more to say...as far as I'm aware, this isn't anything about policy, it's just how far behind they are on things. I mean, you also have threads like this one flying about.

It is also my understanding that they've been pretty good with support in the past, but they messed up in not being prepared enough support-wise for the launch. Which is a problem that naturally snowballs, as people expecting quick support send more messages in.

Yeah I can see that, but they don't even acknowledge messages. 11+ days ago, and nothing. One thing that is obvious is that they got money, and by them not replying, there are situations where they might get more money. You need tabs, you don't get your coins, you might buy more coins, and let them sort it later. Idk if if I want to give money to company like that.Had fun, but might be better to get my refund, and avoid the possibility of this happening again.

They use xolla to process payments. I messaged them, and they notified GGG, but I'm not expecting GGG to act quickly enough. GGG doesn't even send out an auto response. Idk any other company that does micro transactions that doesn't send, and a case number, but if that's how they work now, I don't see them being better when I'm more invested.

That is too long. I'm on day 11, or 12 from the 1st email. As stated before they dont even acknowledge receiving messages. I was under the impression that they were semi caught up being a full month in, but if you guys are still waiting...

Feels like they could fix it quickly, but want to condition their customers to wait, and maybe get others to just give up, and eat the losses.
