Somewhere at "Elon's map" stash tab

what if I told you that all the old timer fishing show hosts used to pay people to catch fish for them so they could show big catches on their fishing shows? if streaming and content creation become a job those folks will do what ever it takes to make their living and that is the issue.
also if they get banned they will have a video or a stream that has more views then any of their other content is all a win win for them. the whole hobby is in a really sad state atm
I don't know much about the topic. But I doubt there are rules not to do this. In PoE there are rules that you as a player have to adhere to. If these rules suddenly no longer apply to others, we have a problem. Why should part of society adhere to something when some don't have to?
Rules that an account should not be shared are non enforceable, specially since the game works on steam and steam do not have such rules (you can even have company Steam accounts for companies that provide gaming rooms for their employees to play at lunch)

"When you complete Steam’s registration process, you create a Steam account ("Account"). Your Account may also include billing information you provide to Valve for transactions concerning Subscriptions, Content and Services and the purchase of any physical goods through Steam (“Hardware”). You may not reveal, share or otherwise allow others to use your password or Account except as otherwise specifically authorized by Valve."

In the "Account" part of ToS (Part C).
Stop lying and troll please because you can bring problem to naive people.
That's fact.
The only sharing tolerate is the "family share" option to activate or if Valve accept to give you an special autorization..It's really rare.

Stop and learn a bit If your account if company bound... anyone in your company can use. I know I do have one Steam account for my employees (but POE is not on the games we make avail to them).

You can say whatever you want in the meantime I'm the only one of us who provided concrete proof.
So now your company has requested authorization from Valve or it is simply against the ToS and a report can be made.
Neither more nor less.
PS: There was even the case of a deceased person who left their account, the account was banned.
Later they ask if they could fuse the account banned (of the dead guy) and this is the answer.
No sharing or others things. An account is personnal on Steam.

Just go and make one, add a company email. Notice they ask for ZERO identity of an specific human. Again.. how you enforce a single human use an account if no human was identified in an account? If the credit card is a company one? That is non enforceable..
If the account is closed, another one can be easily created.
Also ...That is beyond common since in several countries it is illegal for sellers to differentiate physical person clients from company clients. These rules are created with the sole reason to avoid account theft and resale.
Also you do not care if there are steam accounts used by organizations. You are just mixing your personal feelings for a specific public person.
No one cares! And on the specific case of POE he brings more marketing influx than all GGG efforts.
