what if I told you that all the old timer fishing show hosts used to pay people to catch fish for them so they could show big catches on their fishing shows? if streaming and content creation become a job those folks will do what ever it takes to make their living and that is the issue.

also if they get banned they will have a video or a stream that has more views then any of their other content is all a win win for them. the whole hobby is in a really sad state atm

I don't know much about the topic. But I doubt there are rules not to do this. In PoE there are rules that you as a player have to adhere to. If these rules suddenly no longer apply to others, we have a problem. Why should part of society adhere to something when some don't have to?
Ohh I agree with you but developers never do anything about this stuff its sad
You emnail support and do it there, have proof to be sure.

Whether they do something about it is another topic entirely.

Thanks for this answer. Is there a specific email or is it the normal support email?

If no action is taken I will simply publish the evidence I have collected online.

Before reporting a technical problem, please check this list of common problems and our suggested solutions here.

Please post gameplay and quest related questions in the Gameplay Help forum and please post bug reports in the Bug Reports forum.

We can not restore dead hardcore characters or lost items for any reason. This is a general policy and we do not make exceptions. Due to bugs, items may be lost or characters may die due to reasons outside of your control. Please do report these incidents in the Bug Reports forum, but do not contact support asking for restoration. We are working hard to fix the underlying problems so that such losses do not occur in the future.

If you think you've lost your weapons, you've probably swapped to the alternate weapon tabs by pressing X. Please try toggling back with the X key before posting a bug report about it.

For technical difficulties with the game/website, please post in the Technical Support forum.

Says nothing about where to report specifically cheaters. I guess you could ask in the Gameplay Help Forum how to violate the TOS without getting banned like your favorite streams then provide your list. WARNING, that might get you banned.

My guess is the only way to report this is to make a negative steam review?, reddit post, youtube video, or stream your concerns. If anyone pays attention you'll get better results from public outcry then you will from any submitted complaint to a company that is in all likelihood already aware of the situation. Good Luck either way
I am very curious how rich you have to be before TOS stops applying to you and any threads discussing your permaban start getting nuked

You can make a ticket to the support of GGG with screenshot / video or any prove you can give.
Some streamer has been banned there is much time for cheat in video.
You have totally right to report them if they break ToS.
Hey Exiles, just chiming in.

If you suspect a player of cheating, scamming, or other similar negative behaviour that you feel could be breaching our Terms of Use, feel free to send us a ticket to support@grindinggear.com with as much information as you can provide so that we can take a look.

Please do not post these players directly to the forums, as this breaches our Code of Conduct.
A streamer playing the game is advertising it, so Tencent has no reason to sanction them, especially the ones worth half a trillion. Though streaming a RMTed fully-decked character is false advertising, normal players would never get that.
