I Lost early access after 200+ hours of playing

Why is it that I lost my early access if I paid money. I just want to play the game. Please help me. It worked yesterday and now it is broken. What do I do? Why can't I Authenticate my user, I paid real Money for the Game. Please Help!

Had the same thing twice. Try reactivating the key manually.
Also check your coins, I even lost all my coins and support isn't helping. |

Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used. If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. | |

the same copy paste awnser again and again. the game developers don't care about users who spent so mutch money and time in to the game. Im going litearly insane, because i lost my early access. I mean there isn't an option to pay again. I would pay again if that brings my account back but there isn't. Why does it have to end like this?

If the issue is that you bought it on steam and lost the money. You can explain this case to steam and get a refund by asking a question about your purchase.
Mention that a service game you purchased is not providing the services and you have no access to the account. |

it isn't that i lost the account, I have lost Time and a lot of money purchasing ingame storage space for the game. I guess my life is now wasted. Thanks GGG. And yes I am not Happy about it. It whould be easier if my account got hacked by that session key stealing attack. But no I have just lost everything, time Money and mental will.

I even have records of putting Items in the guild stash, I guess I just lost. Not only hope but now comes despair and pain.

I'd just like to reiterate: If you obtained your early access by redeeming an early access key, then the key's status may have been revoked. I am unable to speculate on how or why this may have happened. Path of Exile 2 Early Access keys are only sold as part of an early access supporter pack. If this was the case for you, I'm terribly sorry, however we will be unable to assist. Players who have been affected by this must reach out to whomever the player received the key from to check with them regarding the status of their key. These players can rest assured that their characters, items, and progress will remain as they are until their account is once again eligible to participate in Early Access. We would always suggest making any Path of Exile purchases directly with us as this allows us to help with any potential issues you may have. | |

GGG started very well and generated great expectations among the players. There was even a cyber war between Diablo players and Exiles, but unfortunately this small company does not have the know-how to manage such a gigantic audience. They abandoned the studios with all the technicians on vacation and therefore do not provide support to users who spent their hard-earned money. They are losing players every day...The Diablo Staff is laughing.
