support not answering tickets
I think we're seeing post-presales profit mentality that stemmed from either being surprised with the number of users, or having severely underfunded and underequipped their support dept. You're as good as your tools.

Update: Positive reply, Support has reached out to me today, (7 days)
They asked me for my info i already provided, but that just goes to show you he was working on so many other reports, I hope its solved in the next 7 days, this was an emotional moment. Have patience friends. My account was resolved just today since my email on December 20, 2024. For better and faster resolution, I advise not to send them any follow up email to not reset your position in the queue. I know its frustrating but the best thing we can do is wait.
It will be sorted out soon. |

I've been waiting since December 7th and my problem is still not resolved while it is a very easy problem to solve.
I already uninstalled POE2 and left a negative review and I'm not planning to touch anything related to GGG ever again. How they treat their customers is unacceptable. |

They've reached out again today, twice more, Asking for information i already provided over multiple emails, I hope they're just clogged up on emails and are doing them in descending order, meaning their reading old messages, but i still sent them the information on those messages. I dont know still i guess!

I've been trying since December 12th 2024 to get help from support just to change my email address because I don't have access to my old email anymore. Something you would think would take a few minutes to do and it's now January 24th 2025. I don't like to speak bad about companies but this is the WORST support experience I've ever seen.
