support not answering tickets

Still no answers from a ticket I set to support email on the 29th Dec 2024.
And still no help from previous tickets I sent prior to 29th.

I do not believe this is true. I feel like I was intentionally defrauded by telling me your microtransaction system works, when it does not. it has been a week since I contacted support, and I haven't even gotten a generic "were working on it, your place in queue is x".

you are fully aware that your system is not functioning properly, and have not placed any warnings or disclaimers to this effect. one can only intuit that the intent here is to intentionally defraud the customer into taking a risk that they would not otherwise take.

That pretty much. If your payment system is bugged then stop it and fix it.

If you are overwhelmed as support, find out why, fix those bugs, and it'll calm down.

This is nothing new you are going to have to wait probably 40+ days
This wouldn't be such an issue for me, if they communicated with their customers, instead they would rather alienate us, keep us away from the general population by deleting our comments, if we could get a time frame like, 40 days like that guy said, the issue is me coming home from an 8 hour shift every day and wanting to unwind, but im not allowed to - 7x in a row.

Im refuse to purchase anything until their support team improves,
I come from the golden era of mmos, when there were 8-15 man support teams in every mmo, which had over 1 million players - and they got back to you in a week.

i cant speak my mind, only make statments other people have made, and im not allowed to comment on thier youtube or forum posts without them being deleted, and my account possibly being banned.

so it feels like i should stop playing this game.

I've been abandoned since Day 1 by them. Today is the 39 day of me waiting them to fix my issue.
I wonder what incentive there is to customer support, once the company has hit their for-sale profit margins.

If you were an investor at this stage, what's your incentive to not sell? Hope the company you want to invest in has an employee that googles Customer Service?

CX personnel, in all likelihood, the 3-4 of them are overwhelmed and can't answer questions. This could be by design.
I'm waiting on mine and my issue is URGENT and needs to be fixed quick as my account could be compromised... I need my steam to be unlinked... How is it that I can unlink and change my email for primary email but secondary email I am unable to unlink and need support... like what kind of system is that???? I have been waiting for a response since the 5th of January. My issue would take less than 2 seconds if someone actually read my email or my tickets or my DM's on this site..

Devs Can you please fix my account and unlink my steam from this... I am highly comprisable and I cannot specify enough that it needs to be unlinked.. If something happens to my account who do I blame? because at this point its been way tooo long.
