When fix towers to show there range in hideout? Well known problem and very annoying.
The patches keep coming! :)

Thank you, GGG! You've made an amazing game.

Also, you can roll off the entrance ledge next to Sekhema and get to the bottom of the map.

So as someone who has been experience constant crashing, i can safely say this patch did not fully solve the issue.

i7-13700k
32GB DDR5
4080 super
23H2 windows (not the bugged 24H2)

In order for me to play the game without constant crashing, i have to leave the game in Vulkan instead of DX12. I then always have to remove a CPU core from the poe2 process by messing with the affinty option in task manager.

Once i do that, i typically don't crash anymore (there are some cases where it does once, but after that, its stable but you can feel the difference in Vulkan compared to DX12 - not as fluid but my machine can handle it).

Hope this helps someone as its all done without messing with the bios and the CPU max thresh.

Edit - The only caveat to this is each time the game is launched, you have to fix the affinty in task manager. no big deal but wanted to point that out. I will probably create a powershell script to handle this so its no longer manual.

- Fixed a bug where the developers forgot to balance the game and using Hand of Wisdom and Action gloves was the only meaningful way to scale damage on bow, crossbow and quarterstaff builds.

- Fixed a bug where the developers ignored the feedback from beta testers.

- Fixed a bug where the life based builds were forced to build 1000 strength in order to have a meaningful amount of maximum life while energy shield builds were able to obtain 15k energy shield with no effort whatsoever.

- Fixed a bug where the game was less stable than Cyberpunk was at launch.

Not helpful, but made me smile. Sadly true, all of it.

you know it did work for a bit but i still experienced another hard freeze with looping sound even with 2 cores unchecked. I dont understand how a "windows update" can fuck up a game this bad. And only this game. Game is gonna destroy my newly built pc

same bro, just been crashed almost everytime i opened a new map today, while it never happened before.
I have not tried the new patch yet, but FTR, I have been on windows 11 22H2 from the start and have had almost no problems and maybe like 3-5 client crashes in like 300 hours of playtime.

Just pointing out that I don't think its 22H2 itself that is the issue, but may be 22H2 with a combination of other things.

I have an AMD Ryzen 9 5900X CPU so it may be specific to intel or a specific chipset/driver combo.

I'm also using the latest nvidia game ready drivers and 4070ti.
