Still haven't receive my POE 2 artbook
Upgraded to the Liberator of Wraeclast and input my information on the website for shipping, and still haven't received any shipping confirmation this was 7 December.
I emailed customer support and they barely respond, last respond I got was 27 December in my email to get more of my information but did not reply. Anyone else having the same issue with GGG support? another week had passed and I still haven't received any follow up email or confirmation from GGG support. This is frustrating that I'm not even getting a response to get my POE 2 artbook that came with the most expensive Supporter Pack.

Yes I have the same issue. Still got no info on my Artbook and merch. Before christmas I contacted the support, someone answered immediatly and asked me for more information to confirm my order and give me more info on tracking and stuff. But after I gave the info they asked for I havent heard of them since... I will be moving far away soon and I just want to know if I will be getting it in time. Did you get any more info by now?

I guess multiple people are having this issues. I haven't heard anything for GGG Support. I'm guessing this is also because of the data breach they had with one of the Support Accounts, they talked about that in the last live stream.
Hopefully this gets resolved quickly, and get our stuff soon. |

It's going to be 2 months next week and haven't heard anything from GGG Support on shipping my Artbook. I understand that there is a queue but 2 months still no response?

Over 2 months same issue. No sweater or art book. Got 1 email and no response. The customer service is not good. Don't see spending any more money to support a game if you cannot get the same support back. I even gave curtesy of 1 month before I even asked about it the first time!

I ordered the Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter 52 days ago (Dec 7th).
I sent an email a couple weeks after, asking were was my physical items might be at. This was the response. "Unfortunately, it appears there was a minor error at checkout with your purchase; although you provided shipping details our system automatically opted you out of receiving your physical goods." So GGG where's my full refund or my Path of Exile 2 Art Book, the Path of Exile 2 Logo T-shirt and the Path of Exile 2 Logo Hoodie? |

I got a reply today, they're saying the same thing, but I have screenshot of the two transactions.
They claim that they will deduct points on my account since I opted out on physical goods. I did not get points when I upgraded to Liberator Of Wraeclast. I opted out from the hoodie and shirt on my first purchase, but not the artbook when I upgraded. Obviously I opted in to get the artbook on my 2nd purchase (upgrade) and I paid shipping with it ($258, coming from Warlord of Karui, without shipping its only another $240.) I'm not sure how they are confusing all these transactions. Last edited by 7egend4ryL17#5827 on Jan 28, 2025, 11:01:52 PM

+1
I also am having issues with support regarding the POE T-shirt. They responded initially for more info which I provided and then have ghosted me ever since. I sent like 5-6 emails and got nothing its going to be 2 months soon. Now I am hearing that if you send a follow up email on your request, they move you back to the bottom of the queue? WTF!!! We spend like hundreds of dollars to support the game only to be treated like this? I am starting to rethink my support at this point for this title. This is unacceptable. Older requests should be prioritized regardless of how many follow up emails, not reset to the bottom of the queue....I hope that's not true. And you would think their best supporters, those that have actually spend way more than just the base $30 would get some kind white glove treatment at the least. I mean I am just asking for some kind of follow up and communication not this BS. This has been the worst experience I have had with customer service ever. I get that they have had a lot of requests but I think they could be a bit more creative and dedicate more resources to address these issues or find a way to communicate better. Like tell us, you don't have any more books or shirts in stock, there will a delay for more to be made/ordered so they are currently backordered, etc but instead we get nothing. At a minimum send an email response to all open cases to let them they are working on it and give a rough estimate. At this point I am not even sure if my email messages are getting thrown to a spam folder or something. |
