If you ever cancel a charge to the game your account is flagged as RMT/Botting. It's likely similar here.

It's mostly due to CC and how payments are processed, people were able to do some wild things with stolen CCs and chargebacks.

I doubt this was personal and it'll likely get sorted out by GGG staff now that everyone isn't off being drunk for the holiday's.

You may think well I only ever did a single chargeback that doesn't make any sense but with the amount of stolen accounts they are probably seeing that sort of activity hundreds of thousands of times a day.
