I think my acc has bug i created a new character but there is no weapon in tutorial i try new more again and again, but still no weapon. Please help.

The Burning Monolith Boss bugged for me. I killed him while I was dying. Now I'm in this hallway and haven't received any loot. I also can't go to this egg and with the call sign. The whole thing is a bit too expensive to not receive anything now simply because of a bug. How do I get my loot? Wie kann ich hier ein Bild posten?
