POE 2 Customer Service

I've read the forum post about the large intake of customer service requests, and how they are backlogged. Stating not being able to respond within the same day/hour, and I'm still checking my email and messages on this site for a response after I submitted a ticket almost 2 weeks ago.

There isn't a support number to call, and putting in multiple tickets or sending multiple emails is discouraged.. so I'm stuck just waiting..?

For context, I'm new to POE and wasn't aware that I would have two accounts; one through steam and another from this site?.

I went to upgrade my POE early access ($30) to the ($160) and instead was not only charged the full $160 vice the $130, but it was put on my POE account vice my steam account.

I now have 1600 (coins?) on an account I don't use, and I'm unable to use them on my other account even though they are merged.

I'm not sure if anyone on here is able to provide me with any foresight besides "waiting" for a response to my ticket/email, but anything would be appriciated!

I just upgraded to the $60 pack on console and I did this early this morning and I got nothing so far and I've already sent in a few emails with proof so from what I've read is that I'm out $60,with nothing to gain from it and I can't even get a response and probably won't get one for a while now, that sucks wish I knew this ahead of time
yea same thing happened to me I bought the $60 version but didn't receive anything either
Pretty similiar thing happened to me, I bought 250 coins on ps5 today and didn't receive nothing.

This is worst thing could happen, because I may lose my REAL money, because I want to support you guys, so please fiz this issue ASAP.

I made a post in general this AM asking if anyone has gotten a single response from support since the launch of PoE2. No one has claimed to have gotten one in it yet.

My email to them is 2 weeks old with no response at this point. Others are claiming to have 40+ day old emails with no response yet.

I don't think I've ever seen a single person claiming they heard back from support in the forums so far

I'm not convinced they are answering any emails at this point quite frankly.
You have to go to the micro transaction store and act like your buying coins and the points will show up

Hello, although my computer meets the required specifications for Weystone, after defeating an elite monster, the black effect that appears causes my computer to display a black screen, and no matter what I try, I haven't been able to solve this issue.
