On the topic of people losing access to Early Access

Same issue here. I reported a few hours ago via email. Idk if it's their problem or the places where we buy the keys but i've seen people saying they bought It in Steam and have the same issue as me (i bought It from a third-party but been playing for almost 2 weeks). So if we don't get a proper response, i don't really know if i'm going to play It until it's free at least, don't want to spend 50$ just to see that message.
Yep, same to me, tried to log in and saying don't have access. 5 days ago worked with no problem.

Support cannot help you if you have gotten the key from a 3rd party vendor.

First email:
Hi there,

Thank you for the message and I am sorry to hear about this. Can you please confirm for us your Path of Exile account name, the names of a few of your characters and the Steam or Xsolla transaction ID for the pack you purchased that contains your access?

Please note that if you purchased a key from a 3rd party, we are not able to offer support for this and you will need to discuss this with the person who you purchased the key from. We would always suggest making any Path of Exile purchases directly with us as this allows us to help with any potential issues you may have.

After this email, I provided the requested data, and this is the response I received, about 20/30 minutes later

Second email:
Hi again.

I am unable to see the purchase of an early access pack on your account. If you did this through a 3rd party, you would need to talk to the person you got the key from I am afraid.

If you need anything else, please let us know.

I would like to know if your keys were purchased from a third party retailer, or from their official website or on steam.

I hope this information can be useful for anyone who encounters this problem.

Same experience i had, my vendor wants ggg to confirm the key is invalid before reimbursing me. So im waiting for another suport reply.
Turns out that getting a support staff member to verify that a key has been revoked is really hard to do..
