On the topic of people losing access to Early Access

Hi GGG,
Im reporting this as a bug because over at the help forum your support staff treats the issue as something that warrants mailing an already overburdened support mail and going through the cases 1 by 1. Who knows, maybe there is a bug in the authorization system around the management of EA keys.

The problem at hand is that people seem to lose access to the EA of all of a sudden, like the keys go inactive. The game will tell you that you dont have EA when you log in and when you go to your account page on the EA site it will say "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now."

It has happened to ALOT of people and it seems to happen to a BATCH every time. Which leads to me believe that there is a root cause that needs to fixed rather than treated like isolated incidents some support staffers have to handle going through mails 1 by 1.

People are frustrated, my self included, we have paid for a service that currently isn't available to us and GGG support just tells us to send a mail where people havent gotten answers for weeks.

Update: If you dont have a transaction id from Steam or Xsolla support cant help you, meaning that you've bought a key from a 3rd party. Then you need to contact the vendor as the key has likely been revoked for whatever reason.

I just discovered that I am also affected by this bug after returning from my vacation. Like you, I sent an email but have not received any response. This has been such a confusing and frustrating experience. Very disappointing.
Update:

As for my own situation I just got a reply from support after 3 days asking for my account name and characters on my account and a transaction id from either Steam or Xsolla.

So I'm waiting again...

Yeah this is so sad. 6 days now since key stop working, and i was waiting to vacances to hit it hard :D love it
