How long have you been waiting for a response from support?

We're all aware that GGG support is overwhelmed with requests and several GGG employees have posted here apologizing for the delay. I'm curious, though, how long have people been waiting without a response from support? For me, it's been 12 days now.

I have a complete understanding of the hell their office must look like atm but 12 days wouldn't be acceptable for me, even under the current circumstances.

3 days wait so far for me so I'm still in the "I understand"-phase.

I understand that they are busy right now but I've been waiting for 14 days now for my problem to get fixed.
My problem is not even complicated, it would cost not even a minute to get fixed.
I only had one reply, this is not OK.
If I knew this before I would not have bought the supporter pack to play POE 2.

A "normal" response time would probably be sub-1 maybe a few hours max if that puts their current workload in context.

Well, I definitely don't consider 12 days acceptable, either, (especially considering that I have been unable to play the game since purchasing). But I am trying to be understanding of the fact that they are overwhelmed and it is now the holiday season, etc. And, in truth, my only other course of action would be to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company. But I don't want the money back, I just want my account(s) "fixed" so I can play.
Waited 12 days for an answer, now im waiting for my 2nd answer since 2 days. Hopefully not another 2 weeks. (My 300 coins landed on the wrong stream account)
Been waiting for 18 Days now.

All I wanted was them to merge my other accounts, mtx, titles, currency etc. to this one since this account was where the POE2 access and funds went to. I understand being swamped by a backlog of support tickets, but having zero response, and no way to tell how long this will last is very frustrating.

I have seen people mention that they have been waiting for 30+ days, which means if their ticket wasnt attended to, it will be at least two more weeks for me before I even think of getting a reply, much less actually have my stash tabs and mtx transferred over.

Not being able to have proper access to Currency tab will kill my desire to continue playing in the endgame.

I have the same problem. I am not expecting a reply before new year. Probably, I will return the game on Steam and wait GGG to solve similar issues.

One could argue "bad timing" for a launch this big, especially since they were aware of the overwhelming interest.

In a perfect world, choosing to release the sequel to a loved game a few weeks before the holidays one should not only secure the 1 mil player traffic server capacity but also see to it that the support team have the assets needed to support them.

This is where a consultancy shines.
Or maybe they did use a consulting firm and this response time is the result in spite of that.
Either way, support availability during a title launch should be prioritized as well.
Not just the traffic capacity.
