I got hacked and all my items was stolen, Path Of Exile 2.

GGG doesnt rollback or give back items. The only Thing they will Do now is lock your account be prepared to give them Information for the unlock i am Not allowed to Tell what they Want to know they will Tell you. Once it gets locked i guess you will be unable to play until at least next year.

Got the same issue even told them Not to lock the Account. They will still Do it. Account was locked within 24 hours Took me 9 1/2 days to get an answer from Support. Now i'm on the wait again.

Looks like no one trying to log in to my account, and still somehow connected to it. I think it happened on GGG side authorization. At start EA happened for me also, i was in other dude account on site. If this happened now and i someone stole all my items because of this, I hope you restore my items. Because i did nothing for this.

Also even 2FA wont help you if you for example have an easy or the same password on your mail etc.


There also isnt much incentive to even do that in the first place since how are they going to make money with this? GGG can simply disable everything without a problem and they cant really sell it for RL money.

It's help very good, i got my phone number authorization every time it's log-in from different place. If 2FA was a thing in PoE2 i wont lost everything that i farm 2 weeks in a row. Im playing from steam without login or password information btw. And i have no clue standalone client dont have 2FA like PoE1, I never changed password because i know about code from email, but after i got hacked and lost everything now i know about 2FA not a thing in PoE2, but WHY?
