I lost my early access, why is this? I can't log in because it asks me to buy access. A friend gave me this access previously. Last bumped on Dec 21, 2024, 6:35:54 PM

Can you be more specific/provide more context and details please? How did you get accesss exactly? By what means? Did you use a key, where did you get the key, how did you get the key. Is it on this current account or another? These types of questions/answers are helpful.

I won the key in a discord giveaway and everything is fine until today.
On the website in my account > Path of Exile 2 Early Access it tells me this again: Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Give me a friend who has a spare key or purchase now. I understand from this that they have taken away my key |

It's been 24 hours since I sent the message to support@grindinggear.com and I still don't understand why they took the key from me, at least tell me the meaning so I can claim where I won the key.

I lost my access today too.. no clue that's goin on, i won't be able to play in next 3 weeks from now cause of support delay? What the heck guys...

Same here, 10hr gameplay was fine, suddenly no acces anymore, no notice or anything
Friend bought two keys and gave me one i paid his barbill, but he can still play email is out since 2 days this is bad, i paid for early access and now i dont have early access while my friends continue |

-Buy instant gaming key -Put key on path of exile website -Link steam and poe account -Playing 12 hours on steam -Access removed -Cant play anymore |

Hello.
I also have the same issue with my account, last week I bought a key on gamivo, add it to my account and was able to play the game, I created a mercenary and was able to finish act 1, after that I closed the game and tried to come back to play it today and my access was gone! I suspect grinding gears made some sort of mistake and if so I expect to get my access soon and be compensated for the troubles. Already sent email to support with no answers so far but I am hopeful they find out what the problem is since there seems to be more accounts losing access which is unacceptable for us the players that paid to get access early and play the game.
