Lost access

Evening, why have so many accounts lost early access for nor reason? I was only able to clear act1 and a couple of days later when I tried coming back it said I had no access key, and it seems it wasn't just me but many are suffering from this issue.
I suspect that the reason this is happening is due to players buying the high tier support packs with extra keys, selling them and then refunding the pack making us unable to play. You guys should look into that and see how you can compensate the players that bought those keys. Best regards and happy holydays. |

It's amazing that almost everyone who talks about how they got the key says that they got it outside of the poe2 website, but no one has the brains to understand that ggg has nothing to do with reselling, but for some reason you all's want back the key from ggg.

Ok guys, I have the same problem. However, I managed to get a refund on Gamivo. If I buy the game on Steam (even though I already have Path of Exile 2 in my Steam library), will everything be resolved? Can someone confirm?

" We want anwers from GGG, I can not get my money back until they confirm that the key i used was invalid. But im afraid it takes them so long that i cannot use paypals supports anymore. Its not that I want a key gifted or so, aöready bought another one, but I cant go after the first reseller since the key worked fine and I dont know if its the key or some other problem ggg had. If it really was the key then ggg should still have send me any kind of notice so I can do something, not just kick us out uninformed. |
