Terrible support quality!
Hello. I understand that the popularity of early access Path of Exile 2 has overwhelmed you. But you are a large studio and you should have anticipated such a situation. The waiting time for a support response is a joke. I waited over a week for a response from support@grindinggear.com. I got an answer. But in response, you asked me a question to which I already answered in three words. And I'm waiting another week again! This is a terrible mess of forum and email management! Whoever manages it at the top has absolutely no idea! Why don't you create several teams responsible for specific things!? Why is every employee responsible for everything? People have had problems logging in since the release, even though they bought the title and haven't played it yet, because you treat every case the same! There are more important and less important things! Additionally, you don't have a ticket system. If you replied to my email, why is the case not open and continued, but my email is flooded with new emails of other people again? You will never get out of the cases this way because you open the case and don't finish it! Mess, lack of decision-making, lack of work organization, incompetent people in positions. That's it.

I agree for all the money this company makes from stupid microtransactions, you would think they would be able to pay for a support staff. 10 days and I haven't gotten an email back. Just giving up on GGG at this point, will probably do a chargeback on my CC

I'm on day 16 waiting for a support for an error on their system that double charged me for the $100 USD EA pack.
Nothing... no responses... No support, approaching 3 weeks. |

yeah 14 days waiting for my unlock code / support response.

I'm starting not to care either. Especially with all the people saying the endgame is crap. I wish I could just get my money back

I've been waiting for 3 weeks now without a single response to my email. Or the other follow up email I sent a week later.
Waste of $480. Shouldn't have trusted my gut on this one. Horrendous experience for a first time PoE player. If we hit a month without me getting a decent response and not some bs email asking for more info to stall me longer, then I'm definitely doing a chargeback. All of my friends waiting on official release to try the game out, and I've been trying to convince them to join me. Gonna look like an idiot when release comes out and I'm the only one who refuses to play the game. But I deserve it for being a hopeful idiot. |

" Don't worry. I only spent $30. I also stopped playing because I didn't get ascendancy points because it's probably a bug. I wrote to support to help me, but no one responds. I also don't intend to create a new character because my first character doesn't even have a completed build. This game is full of bugs. I understand that it's early access, but the lack of communication with players and the lack of a bug reporting system is nonsense. Reporting bugs via the forum is stupid. As for the rest, there should be a separate team for bugs and a separate team for the forum. The management in this company is a joke. |
