Terrible support quality!

I suggest refunding through your bank if possible. GGG is out to lunch for.. months? because of the holidays
I bought 160 bundle in December for path 2.
It went under the wrong account cause when tying my steam and playstation accounts it made a second account.
The purchase didn't go under the account my characters are on.
Asked if they could resolve, after a month they said they could and asked some identity confirmation questions and I answered same day.

Have never heard from them again and have emailed to the case every week.
