Unfortunately, we aren't able to assist with this issue over the forums. If you've already contacted us via email at support@grindinggear.com then I'm afraid you'll need to wait for the appropriate team member to get back to you. We're currently handling a large volume of tickets right now so we really appreciate your patience in the meantime! If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used. If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. In the either case, rest assured that none of your characters, items, or progress will be lost if only the key was revoked and your account has not been compromised. | |

Same problem. GGG is not doing anything to resolve this issue by any means.
They just want us to purchase again FROM THEIR WEBSITE for the full price of the early access. |

I also lost access, GGG just said to email support@grindinggear.com but then they told me you should buy another package to get access. Why do I have to buy more when they can check that my account was granted early access and now I've lost access, GGG if you really want to help, please give me access again? You should not give reasons such as no support or asking me to buy another AE package
