" Mine was still there Purchased over reseller, played 10hr, lost access, waited 3 days for no support, bought again over Poe HP, chars still there, rocking with friends on holidays now. Hope support refunds once they answer |

Same problem, but from what im reading, contacting support will take 10 years, forum Mods posting we need to contact the email, seems like some poor customer service right here, second Christmas day, people losing they access to the game, how ridiculous.
I've contacted support, but no hope from what i've been reading. Going to install the stand alone version and trying it from there, if that doesn't work im asking for a refund through the third party website. People trying to support a game, cause they apprentice the game, and then this happends, awesome way to ruin a company and reputation. Exact same issue here..after playing for about 10 hours I've lost the access today :(
Already sent an email to the support, I hope itnwill be solved quickly. |

i played maybe for a week and i also lost the access to beta, i bought the key via reseller... i hope that this will be fixed soon and that on poe webiste i get back my access to beta ...
