FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE FIX THIS MAP RESET! ITS VERY FRUSTRATING....

I played like this for 150+ hours because I thought it was an extra difficulty on cruel.

It is so annoying I was about to quit playing, but I'll try some suggestions from this thread first

Well reinstalling game works. Needs to do it twice so far.

This fix worked for me, so it should work for you also.

( I've written this again, but no one seems to have read it. )


1. Install PoE 1 - PS4 version

2. Launch PoE 1 - PS4 version

3. Launch PoE 2

Start a new map,
and the map reset problem should be resolved.

Keep PoE 1 - PS4 installed, so you don't have to reinstall anything again.

If it happens again, just launch PoE 1 - PS4.

Yes, fully closing Poe2, opening a different game, even Poe1, and then reopening Poe2 is the fastest fix. As one of the first posts said, you might have to try multiple games until you find one that works, but it is still faster then uninstall and reinstall. Poe1 does seem to be working as the swap game, though

I have had this twice now. On my play timetable it seems like it's going to happen roughly every 2 weeks.

My fix is to suffer through it for the rest of the day then leave the game reinstalling on Rest Mode overnight.

If we know POE1 works I might try to make space to install that.

I hope the fact we have workarounds doesn't mean GGG aren't trying to fix this. It might not be the worst bug ever but it's pretty annoying.
