PlayStation 5: Map Exploration Resets

So I've just put this to the test, and indeed reinstalling the game this morning has cured the problem. If it crops up again, I'll post an update.

Also having this issue since yesterday on ps5.

Tried starting a couple of other games but that didn't work. Also tried clearing the ps5 cache but that didn't work either.

Am now reinstalling but this is a bug that verges on game-breakingly annoying, Reinstalling takes about 2 hours. if it's going to happen every few weeks that might be tolerable but if it starts happening more regularly it's going to drive me nuts.

Reinstall fixed this for me, at least for now.

If this is going to happen every 2 weeks or so I guess it can be tolerated until the end of the day then leave the ps5 reinstalling overnight on rest mode.

Still, this surely needs to be added to their known issue and of relatively high importance.

Having the same issue since the deployment of the last Patch , posted a thread about it . I'll try the fix proposed here thanks .

I also have this issue, it’s quite annoying, it takes much longer to finish a map. I try avoiding leaving maps, if I have to I will try to memorise the current exploration.

Please add this to known issues. Understand it’s not of highest priority but it ruins the experience a bit.
