Anyone got replies from support regarding locked/banned account?
" On me? I'm a new player, I didn't even know that if you making a refund, yor account getting blocked. Since I bought the game on Steam and didn't even know that you can upgrade the edition here on site, what I really did wrong? Nothing. |

Same problem here: I purchased EA on Steam on December 10th. I haven't been able to login the game since the start, with the message "You account has been locked. Please contact support."
I am 100% sure this is a system issue, and not a player(account) related issue. I have immediately send an email to support@grindinggear.com. My email must've gotten through because I did not get any error-emails back, but even so, I have not had any reply for the past 6 days. I am not sending another follow-up email because I would drop back in the queue- as they have stated earlier. @support, please help us with this error. Thanks in advance :-) |
