No, they really don't if you manage to get your account locked then it's almost certainly on you and while GGG may unlock the account you are no more important that anyone else in the queue.


On me? I'm a new player, I didn't even know that if you making a refund, yor account getting blocked. Since I bought the game on Steam and didn't even know that you can upgrade the edition here on site, what I really did wrong? Nothing.
Same problem here: I purchased EA on Steam on December 10th. I haven't been able to login the game since the start, with the message "You account has been locked. Please contact support."

I am 100% sure this is a system issue, and not a player(account) related issue.

I have immediately send an email to support@grindinggear.com. My email must've gotten through because I did not get any error-emails back, but even so, I have not had any reply for the past 6 days.
I am not sending another follow-up email because I would drop back in the queue- as they have stated earlier.

@support, please help us with this error. Thanks in advance :-)
