I bought a pack but didn't receive it in the game

I demand my refund since they did not deliver the product to me. It's been almost 2 months and nothing. The truth is that I am already disappointed. I bought the game as soon as it came out and I can't believe that because I wanted to help your company they scammed me. I have already waited long enough and they have not given me an answer.

What the hell is going on? They can't even respond to me with enough evidence. I sent the proof of payment, the transfer number and they still haven't delivered my content. I'm being honest with you, very honest. I told my friends about the situation and they won't even buy the game. I think I was wrong about GGG. I thought they were a more serious community.

Someone up top is failing at basic company-running. Maybe I'll figure out how to consult the BBB. They might not be able to do anything directly, but they'd be the ones to ask for ideas. Clearly nothing we say is going to convince this company to take us seriously.
