I bought a pack but didn't receive it in the game
Hello, I bought the Wraeclast Liberator Supporter Pack (King of the Faridun to Liberator of Wraeclast Upgrade), the purchase was made but nothing appeared in the game, I made the purchase through Steam buying said pack
I forgot to tell you that I have sent the receipts to the email support@grindinggear.com, from my email associated with the game, it's been 4 days and I still have no response. and the truth is I'm already a bit nervous. Last bumped on Dec 18, 2024, 3:30:52 PM

I got double charged for the $100 USD pack 12 days ago and have sent 8 emails, multiple support tickets.
Not a single response. If you end up getting a response can you let me know. |

same I just bought it and got error and no game or points

I transferred points to my guild on 12/13/24 and they never showed up, although it took them from my 200 balance. My funds went blank on normal and guild points (didn't even show a zero balance, although I have 80). I've sent an email to GGG support, but haven't heard back.
I imagine that the guild tab sale will be over before I get a resolution...... some bs. |

In a game that has micropayments, that's what needs the most polishing, you pay and they don't give you the content and they don't give you your money back. I'm already getting a little nervous, I really feel like I lost my Christmas present. :S

In hindsight I should have reversed the charge on my CC when I had the chance.
