Support tickets - NOT BEING ANSWERED

I really hope at this point they get sued.
This is 100% theft. If i purchase something and the goods or services that i paid for are not provided then this is the legal definition of theft.

Up to 8 days now with not even so much as an email saying "we got your email and we will get to you"
I too have been waiting several days for a response. I understand that there are a lot of requests, but isn't there a filtering of messages based on what the request is about and then prioritized?
Man I always prized these guys on their support and everything. Kinda blown away to see it this bad. not gonna lie.

Well, technically they answered us here. They threatened to take action against us if we charged back the game.
I got an answer today after 12 Days, so seems like they going through alot. And they helping my finaly. Guess need some patient with our Tickets.
I have been waiting for my answer for 14 days, I still haven't been helped and unfortunately I can't play even though I paid too much
