Support tickets - NOT BEING ANSWERED

So are they just not answering support tickets or what? IT has been 3 days with no response and no access to what was paid for.
Not even a "hey we received your support request" email.

3 days ? Try 1 month. Some people have been waiting a month. You should forget about them fixing your issue for at least that long. If you have lost out financialIy i'd suggest contacting your bank to initiate a chargeback.

I am at 9 days without human response.
just a bot asking me if not being able to login is an issue for me.
it could be funny if it wasn't sad.

They did reply my email and i even replied back.This is what they said to me:

Hi there,

Thank you for the message. Can you please confirm for us if this is still an issue?

If so, can you please confirm for us your Path of Exile account name and the names of a few of your characters?

Thank you again.


Then i wait and wait and wait......again n again.

Not much of a threat when i have paid for a game that i cannot use. You going to ban my account for a game that i never got to play?

If you don't want people issuing chargebacks on you, get some support and answer the support emails instead of ignoring them for 2-3 weeks so far. There is absolutely no excuse to GGG handling of this, not even if all your support quit.

Seriously nothing from them for weeks or even over a month for some and their reply is to say "don't take your money back or else"

I emailed Gamers Nexus, lets see how they feel about being covered by them. Hopefully enough other people email GN and they pick up the story.

Do it like me. Account is locked.
Bought game on another account. Play it and then charge back so long until the main account is unlocked. I payed for it ones and dont scam them so i dont feel guilty doing this.
