Problem with the supporter pack / no answer from GGG support

Exactly the same problem, waiting since 12/28/2024 for an answer....

Yep still waiting. They actually released the statement that if u ask in the same discussion for an update it puts you behing in the queue...

Absolute disrectful behavior... A Month from last answer from support passed, asked me to provide some additional information, even though all was attached in the mail. Did it, and silence... god the dissappointment of mine... and this was the only company i thought i could always rely on...
