Problem with the supporter pack / no answer from GGG support

Hi fellas,

so the week was a bit strange on the events, but it all started with my purchase of the Liberator support pack.

In short there were no version in psn store originally, so I got it on the website with my Psn account, which for some reason is now doubled with my pc account, but I guess it is because they use same emails... A bit annoying but who knew.

It was a bit misleading since I don't live on the forum and the page clearly showed all platform icons , so I didn't knew that for some reason this will be a Pc pack, even though the acc i logged in was a ps5 acc...

Got it as PC pack on my now doubled Pc/Ps5 acc... even though i dont posses one. So asked Xsolla directly for a refund, they asked to contact the GGG support.

Did it too, it was dec 6... today is dec 11 and stil no answer😅🥲

I get that they a in a load with the launch, but 5 days? This was never the case. And I am legit worried about the money, well not the money itself since I gladly support ggg and posses several accs over the years ( no idea why actually ), but the fact that I can't use it in general.

Well still got the 100 bucks one on the psn store, and wanted to wait for a refund so I can make a proper Liberator upgrade for ps5, even though the shenanigans with loading it in poe1 and etc is legit strange and makes me wonder if somebody just didn't thought it throw. And makes the argument that they can't add it cause of physical goods not true how some people say. The are just cheaper and clearly are on poe 1 in psn store.

So can anybody from the Support team or some Forum old fans give me some answer on an inside pls

P.S I had pc before my deployment some years ago, so that's why I had pc account, but since the base always had a ps5, but laptop was a disaster option on the logistics side, I sort of switched to a tablet + ps5 option.

I can't help you with the supporter pack issue, but a rule for the future:

If you intend on using anything (game,dlc,MTX) on PS5, BUY it on the PS Store!
That way you'll know it work on Playstation for sure.

And I agree, it's really weird that GGG and Sony haven't prepared better for buying and upgrading the supporterpacks on Playstation.
Usually you'll see EVERY mtx for a game in the store and if you try to buy something that needs a prior pack/dlc the store gives a promt "You can't buy article "Y" because you don't own article "X".
Seems GGG have their own system and that system doesn't play well with how the PS Store works.
And Sony should fix the issues with only being able to see the first two supporterpack + the $30 one. No upgrade works and the higher tier ones are abscent.

I said it before and I say it once again, only GGG has these problems tbh. They need to have a long talk with Sony how to improve this for us customers in the future.
Now it just seems they want us to use PoE1 client for purchases. The PS Store is there for a reason, make it work!

Well i must admit that i was exited and kinda didnt rly thought about the possibility of it not working, since i clearly logged with my ps5 acc into the website, and it gave an option to buy the pack... so i did it.
That why now i see on my account 2 accounts, one old pc and one regular ps5 one...
Well to be true who ever would of think about it. U,logg in ,u press buy,u want it to be usable. Dont think that everybody is aware about no mtx or any other sort of problems between companies.

So to be true i often buy stuff on game websites for my ps5. And it always worked so far.

More to it. Line the special ps+ bundle packs for poe1 arent usabel in poe2. U can see them but u cant use them , beacause of "different versions"

Most anoying thing so far that ggg support seems to be so overloaded that i cant even get a refund. Well gonna wait 2 days more and just dispute it with the bank, since i am lucky enough to live in a country with propper customer rights.

I rly want to support the guys, and dont mind to get just Lib pack on ps5 , i just dont see to chill over me having it on Pc version which i cant and will not use. 440 euro aint a small money for a game. At least u await it to work.

Your MTX is bought in the Forum , so its only Usable on PC + xBox

To reclaim ur money, u have to write to the support. Go to Message and to your Transaction message, click on Support.

They will tell your, that u have to write an email directly to the support.

There u will need ur Transaction number ( Email from the purchase in your linked email adress, not the Number in the Message from the Poe Forum )


After 3 days, i got my Money back and could buy the supporter Pack on Console.


- The problem is - When u buy something in the Forum, and u must choose paypal or other payment option, there is a yellow text that says

"Buys from this Forum page, can not be used on Playstation"

Afer a lot of searching, i found out, that Playstation dont allow Transaktion from outside the Console. So we have to live with it atm.


There is also a forum post, that they got so much Emails, that they need more time than usual to answer.
Maybe thats the problem, that you dont get a fast answer.

I Wrote my email, on the day the Livestream was over and i recognize my fault
( mostly, i think they must reajust the Forum shop information, but thats another story )

Yeah,i get what u mean,
well i did contacted support on the site and via mail, stil dead silence.
Lets hope they answer in,some days. I mean waiting 10 days for an answer is borderline steange ar least.
Found out all dat Info,later too. Used paypal so i can dispute iver Paypal, but i kinda want to give them a chance to solve it regular way.

Actually strange that here no Support member wrote anything, either they are so full on responfing and my luck just out, or the support staff is very limited.
Still silence lol. 16 days to answer is the new record ... @Support
Is that just me, or i feel absolutely ghosted by whole GGG team...
