POE2 - Mouse clicks not registering

I played 5 hours ago, everything was fine. Logged in tonight and now my mouse clicks don't register. On log in screen I can use tab and enter on keyboard to get into game. In town I can move my character around, but cannot open my stash, cannot interact with NPC, cannot get into anything that requires a click. Keyboard commands work to open up boxes (Options, Inventory, Character, etc.).

So it is unplayable for me at the moment. I can sit in town and listen to the music I guess, but that's it.

Just tried the game again this morning here, and still having mouse issues. I've found you can click on what is on screen if hover below and right of the item you are wanting to engage, you'll blindly find a sweet spot that triggers the box/item/line you are clicking on. In some cases it's over a 1/2 inch from the thing you actually want to engage with. There were no updates nor changes done in my computer, this just randomly started happening when I logged in last night.

Worked fine for an hour+ of gameplay last night. Just logged in now, and again the mouse is not aligned with what you want to click on. I'll do some recording in OBS and post and drop a link.

I'm having registration issues with my controller on the PS5. Everything was working for the first day or so, then after one of the patches I noticed that only have of my actions register. This is rather annoying especially when you are playing as a Warrior. I have to armor break twice in a row just to hit the boss once. And once I finally want to cast Sunder for my guaranteed Crit, I have to cast it twice in a row just for it to connect once. It makes it almost near impossible to take advantage of a boss being stunned. I even die to packs of monsters because I try to roll into them when a few of them have the symbol for Boneshatter AoE and I end up dying because I missed my attack and I get gobbled up.

I went ahead and uninstalled POE2 and reinstalled it. Still having the issue post-reinstall.

Help.

Sigh.

After some more experimentation, I was able to get the Settings to open and switched into "Fullscreen" mode from "Windowed Fullscreen" and it appears to be working at the moment.

It doesn't fix the problem, but may be a workaround solution for me temporarily.

I had the exact same issue, it was my resolution, the mouse clicks were off, when I got into options I had to click around until I could drop down the resolution and change it and then it worked.

Many of my inputs are not registering when selecting items. I'm constantly stuck with an item on my cursor until it suddenly does work once. This doesn't seem to be a problem when I'm using a left-click ability
