Donated Guild Points

I donated 20 gold to the guild and searched on the website for the transaction, but it says that "cancelled". The gold has not returned. I made 2 transactions of 10 coins. How can I get them back?

i also found that donating can cause you to crash. still goes through though, so no harm done
