Donated Guild Points

I donated 600 gold to the guild and searched on the website for the transaction, but it says that I am not in a guild....but all my gold has gone...so...

Me and officer on our guild who is my friend clicked at same time on buy waypoint skin ( we don’t have hideout ). He receiveinfo that officers can’t buy but my game crashed and after back we don’t have a waypoint and coins too

The receiving page does not have an accept button, only a refund button that cannot be clicked

Minions: Open breach, map full of minions, i move around, minion stucked and cant move, minion disapear because im out of range, minionmancer is dead....the game needs a instan replace minions when u are out of range or a convocation...

also take out that slider-system to spend coins to the guild out of the game. Give us an input box/panel to spend the coins we want to, make the ui user-friendly. Couldn't spend exact amount of gold to my guild via in-game shop poe2.

SO i thought i can spend it via account website https://pathofexile2.com. Where you just offer EA supporter packs for poe2, what lead to my mistakenly spending of xxx coins for poe1. Because you get directed to https://www.pathofexile.com when clicking "my account" via https://pathofexile2.com.
It's so misleading for someone who is totally new to your shopping system, at least for me!

Still waiting for a response from the support since 17th december 2024 to solve this problem. Wether the guild stashes get deleted & moved to poe2 or delete the stashes & put the spended coins back into poe2 shop.

I am a leader of a new clan, i just bought on sale a gem stash tab and a quad stash tab. Yet i don't see anything in transactions nor did it convert my gold to guild currency. What can I do? I have tried to restart the game. I have created a support ticket as well. Anyone else had this type of bug? I know I left a clan before this, so I hope it didn't end up there.

Okay it worked this way!
Instead I donated gold and then bought a quad stash tab on sale with guild points and now I see it, so the ones I bought directly from sale didn't work, it just took 30 + 145 gold from me :/. I hope I can get my gold back.

The wording in the client does not describe these things, and we will be updating the process to make the required steps clear.

I am the guild leader... and the points I transfer to the guild appear on the website, but take forever, if at all, to show in the game.

The experience buying stuff in-game is awful, and I just go back to using the website for everything... the problem is that you separated guilds in the games, and have no support for POE2 guild transactions, so I can't really do much.

Yeah it kind of sad at least it works on the website. I just wish I knew it before buying it directly in game on sale, because it just took my gold without doing anything. Maybe it will appear later, but usually when you buy something it shows up almost instantly, so I am kind of disappointed now.

I separated from a guild in Poe2 today and started my own in PoE2 and I have never even been in a guild in PoE1. I don't know if that's messed it up somehow or buying stuff for guild on sale in game is just an awful experience that doesn't usually work. Because i cant see it on transfers at all, only the one where i transferred gold directly on website :/
