Bought new stash tabs in poe 2 but gems stash tab not showing

Bought a Gem and a Currency Stash Tab yesterday.
Gem tab works fine, but the Currency Tab is greyed out and will not accept any appropriate items? |

Don't want to rub anyone the wrong way, but... Did you check that you did not buy the "guild stash tab" instead of the "player stash tab"?
Happened to me almost, as they are not that obvious to distinguish. Also check here to see if your purchase went through: https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/microtransactions Account --> View transactions (right side on website) --> View Microtransactions (red-brown button top right) Best | |
" Similar situation here. Bought two x6 stash tabs on ps5, then logged in to PC and bought one 6x stash. My original 4 default stash became remove only on PC, and I'm missing 9 tabs in total. I currently have 15 including the 4 default that became remove only. Should have received 4 default + 6 PC + 12 PS5. Not gonna buy anymore but support is unable to respond at this time. I bought a skill gem tab and put all my skill gems into it and now I can't see any of them and the tab says 0/500 items stored.

Oh this is a bother.
I had the few tabs i bought from poe1 come over to poe2, i saw the sale and decided to get a few more tabs, i bought a 50 point pack to get the mapping tab and all 260 points are gone with no extra tabs showing up. I can't help but think thats a bit of false advertising right there having one store for both games if they aren't viable options for poe2, now Im not even sure if they will be duplicates if them tabs ever come to poe2. great. I also bought new stash tabs for PoE2 on my PS5 but when I log into my PC account they say "remove only". I really hope there's a fix for this b/c now my PC account actually has less tabs available then if I wouldn't have bought anything. I'm down to 3 usable tabs on PC (all of which should be premium tabs BTW)

Can you not buy tabs with ps5 and then play stashing things normally with your pc??? |
