Bought new stash tabs in poe 2 but gems stash tab not showing

I bought extra stash tabs, premium tab, currency tab and a gem tab but the gem tab is not showing. My remaining currency has disappeared.

I purchased PC, Xbox, PS5 basic starter packs but only saw 300 points currency even though my accounts are all linked. Twitch drops not showing either.

Some stash tabs are not available yet in POE2, like maps stash tab for example so maybe it's the same for gems?
For many people merging accounts creates subaccounts, and the coins are sometimes redeemed on one of the other subaccounts.

Otherwise sorry, might need to contact the support and good luck to reach them now, as nobody is answering and 90% of the emails are bounced back because their email system is bugged/full. (5days waiting just for an unlink Steam account button...)

Same problem. Bought quad among other stashes. All others appear except quad. Anyone has this resolved yet?

Similar problem, but when I bought a quad tab, 2 of my empty premium tabs dissappeared

I also bought a gem tab on sale. Just lost all my points and still don't have a gem tab.

I purchased tabs last night during tabs sale, they showed up, then today, all but 4 of my tabs on poe2 were remove only. Im new here so thought that meant i needed to do so for them to refresh or something
They then disappeared. Lost all the others... including premium, currency, and gems. So I'm out most of my points, and back to only 4 regular tabs.

As a point of amusement...not even the first 4. I have tabs 5-8 XD have sent email to support so wish me luck I guess.

Not sure if it's relevant but I'd been previously playing on pc and tonight logged in through ps5

I have a different problem. I've try to get one currency stash tab in poe2 and I got 3 of them...of course I wanted only one. How can I get my coins back ? Any suggestions? Thanks

Same Thing happened to me I bought a currency & Gem Stash and they are also not appearing in game. The coins were deducted
