Thanks for all your hard work and willingness to adjust. I'm loving the game overall and these changes will very likely only improve the experience. I'm glad we can still be trapped in some circumstances as I think having to pay attention to positioning while treading through a map makes the game more engaging between major fights.
It can be brutal on larger tiles without many checkpoints to have to fight through all of the mobs again in early game, especially if you haven't gotten the necessary drops to make mobs more manageable like I hadn't. I've had nightmares about the Dreadnaught since completing it. Not sure if this is the right place for this or not but one thing I noticed specifically on the Dreadnaught is that the AI partner that follows you and aids you throughout the Dreadnaught will no longer accompany you if you die after hitting a checkpoint. This makes the Dreadnaught even more Dread-ful to get through. Not sure if this is intended or a bug but I hope for the sake of others and myself when I inevitably have to go through the quest again that this is changed/fixed. |

The game is already great and these changes are all good.
My current feedback: - While using ASWD controls, allow us to change the leftclick keybind. I personally and I'm sure many others are avoiding to bind anything to leftclick because every time you slightly missclick a chest or urn you cast your skill, which is constantly in my case lol. Allowing us to simply rebind it to anything else fixes this. - While using ASWD controls, allow us to show the entire hotbar, instead of only 5 out of 10 slots please. - While using controller, let's say you have skill A bound to R1, and skill B bound to L2+R1. If you're now holding R1 to spam Skill A and then swap hotbars with L2 while not letting go of R1, it will keep casting skill A. If you want to do skill B you have to hold L2, let go of R1 and repress it. I know it's a tiny issue but if holding L2 while not letting go of R1 would switch to using skill B, it would feel much better. - Respecs should be free or at the very least cost next to nothing pre endgame. I'm currently afraid to try a passive out that's not superclose to my "core passives", because in case I wont like it, it will cost me a shitton of money to undo it all. Why am I being punished for experimenting? Early game and midgame should be all about trying stuff out and testing what works for you and your build and find out what you like. Currently it's way too expensive to respec. I'm in act 2 so maybe later on gold starts growing on trees, but with the current gold income in the middle of act 2 I'm actively refraining from experimenting due to the risk of losing a shitton of gold. - The honor system in the trials sucks imo, almost quit the game because of it until I found out it's optional and reinstalled... Just saiyan |
