" I agree with the original poster, many of us played POE1 for many years. You seem happy but you have to be blind to see that the majority are not. The levelling is just tedious, not fun at all, it is a game not a job. By all means make some of the end game content as tough as you like, make it as rewarding and challenging as you like so players like me won't ever go there. I don't care about that, I do care though that a game that i have loved for years has become a tedious chore to even get to endgame. I get that some may enjoy the additional challenge, it is new, but no matter how hardcore everyone will get fed up of this super long and frustrating levelling. Unless you have countless hours to play there is no chance to get anywhere. I am glad some are enjoying the overly tough challenges of levelling, but what about the ones who aren't? Not a case of "git gud", many experienced (and good) players agree that it is very slow. I also do not like having the ascendancy locked behind the trials, this is just a revamped sanctum and we all know how badly most of the playerbase thought of that. You had to have specific builds to do them and it just means you need to overlevel (again) to do them. Lots of things to love in the game, and they have already started making changes to drops in endgame etc so they are listening. I hope they fix the levelling process next so it is fun again. I used to make multiple characters every league and get them to mid nineties, no way would i even consider doing that in this game. |

Great changes. Console cannot interact and move the overlay map, how can we fast travel to checkpoints?

Regal Orb buff is nice but Exalted Orb drop rate needs to be upped by A LOT.
This is my biggest issue so far. I get decent amount of rare items but if they are not usable for me i want to tinker and craft rare's myself. After playing tons of hours 3 chars to end of act2 and one to act3 i only got total of 6 Exalted Orb's so far. Thats not how "making crafing early game better" works GGG. Look into your data. If the Exalted Orb drop rates are higher in the end game then its not good for early game. Or we suppose to run only magic gear until mapping? |

seeing a lot of good changes, still some more i would like to see but maybe they are cooking in the back.
biggest thing right now is the cost to respec (gold) is wayyyyy too high. equally as big is ascendancy trials being overtuned. slightly less big (still big) is monsters running at mach 10 but poe2 is suppose to be slow and methodical but a lot of monsters are acting like they got pulled directly from poe1 where they have turbo + haste and naturally fast. anyway, the changes in these patch notes are welcomed. |

Very good changes, i was hoping to see a drastic reduction of respect cost (even free under lv20) i don't mind myself but i have a few friends that are beginners on PoEx and really struggle with the fact that the gold income is very low and respect very expensive, trying out/fixing build become very hard to do especially at low level. We'll see how it goes, GG GGG !
PS : I also hope they have a plan to bring more accessibility option especially for Colorblind people, remember that 8-10% of men suffer from this and you got barely anything for it in both of your games, i have plenty of ideas don't hesitate to contact me if you want to have feedbacks.
