Issue is not just with that quest. Whole tracking of quests for a cruel is bugged. Game is confused thinking that you are in normal level. That causes a lot of random quest behaviour. Try to click your quest on right side of UI, it will point player to normal version of the map. Game behave like not knowing what quest you actually doing -.-

you need to go to the normal map sek trial location and use a lvl 60+ token with 3 floors to get your 5 and 6 points
|

Appears to be level-locked so even though you show up here around level 50, you won't get access until level 60. |

Same issue, Act 2 on Cruel difficulty, stuck on Ascent to Power - Search Traitor's Passage.
