Lost Tower Radius Not Visible in Hideout

I see it in refugee in cruel act 3 but no in hideout. My hideout is Limestone if that matters

Also, in cruel the tower has fire on top of it and the fire is bigger when the tower has been activated with a tablet. In hideout, the top is static.

rings showed from ziggurat, not from hideout.

Can only view Tower radii in the Ziggurat Refuge. They do not appear if I check the atlas while in my hideout.
