PC PoE2 no points from supporter pack

Hi,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Early Access Supporter Pack. I redeemed the Steam key for my account two days ago, and I initially saw the 300 points correctly reflected in my balance. However, I just checked again, and the points are now missing (still showing 0 both in game and on the site). I’m on PC and haven’t spent the points on anything.

I tried reaching out to support at support@grindinggear.com, but my email isn’t going through.







Is anyone else having the same issue with their points or email delivery?

Same problem here. One or two days ago a had 300 gold from the standard EEA supporter pack. Now it's gone and i am 100 % sure, that i didn't buy anything.

EDIT: I logged a few time in and out and now the gold is back...

Same problem here, and i buy the Lord of Ogham pack, with 600 points and some skins, dont receive noten...
I see i have two accounts on same e-mail, and the second account receved the points.. But i cant login on that account for steam... So i cant use that points and skins.

I'm having the same issue. I've managed to send them an email though, let's see if they'll reply.

i have buy the early acsess pack for 100 dollars and i have nothing.

no coins, no skins, no pets.no hideout

i lost also my old stashes from poe1

Buy the packs 2 days ago and nothing showed in my acc.

I've sent a new email this morning, I checked on steam and the DLC "Path of Exile 2 - Path of Exile 2 Early Access Supporter Pack" Sub ID 1185527 is in fact missing from my Steam account, could you please check?
