linking xbox(microsoft) account

I wrote 8 days ago, no answer. There are no normal instructions on the site. No explanation which account will be the main one. I wrote to the email on December 8 - and in response, silence...

Kann mir bitte jemand sagen ob und wo ich auf der Xbox traden kann also für Poe 2. Auf der Internetseite zeigt es mir immer nur Poe 1, Xbox poe1!

I played poe in 2017 lvl up to 19th and quit just wasn’t for me. so love this new poe with exception with all the steps you have to do to sync up your account. I created a new POE 2 account with different email and they used my poe 1 email to sun with my new account. My new character is now under the old poe account and i bought micro trans that don’t carry over second you have to enable the apps section to intersect with microsoft apps then ggmorse to Microsoft accept actions after all of this the trading site still does not work and give me an xbox live account error now before it gave me a xbox user settings error. Why is this a big deal? Because i’ve dropped 9 uniques none for my class most of the best gear i get is for every other class and why i’m guessing there is a trading site. I’ve contacted the support twice about this provided all the information but i’m sure they are busy sorting things out.
