I can't link my Microsoft account

I want to link a Microsoft account to play poe2 on xbox series.
I have a main "poe" account with a linked steam account. Unfortunately, I can't do it myself, since your system created an account for my xbox. That's why I can't link a Microsoft account without your help. I already wrote to support by email on December 9. On December 19, they answered me and said that they could help. I ran into something very similar myself. My old PoE account had been linked to my Xbox account. But since I had not really played PoE1 I said yes to the same message you are seeing and merged them. For me, now it shows all 3 accounts listed above the Primary login. It looks like:
Xbox Account Old POE account New POE account For me it merged all 3 together but I am not sure what it will do for you. |
