linking xbox(microsoft) account

I have a main account q_Beat#0113, it is linked to steam for playing from my PC.

I really liked POE2, and I decided to buy early access on my xbox, and a problem arose.

I found the account linking in the settings, clicked "link", and the system showed that the Microsoft account is already linked to another account qBeatTV#8841.

Message from the https://www.pathofexile.com website:

The Microsoft account associated with this request is already linked to another Path of Exile account.

Current account:q_Beat#0113
Existing account:qBeatTV#8841

Completing this request will permanently link your accounts.

You will not be able to link any other accounts with the same sign-in methods () to this Path of Exile account.

This action cannot be undone.

If I agree to merge accounts, which one will be the primary one?


Let me clarify once again, the main and only account is q_Beat#0113.
The second account was created automatically a long time ago when entering the game from Xbox qBeatTV#8841

I ran into something very similar myself. My old PoE account had been linked to my Xbox account. But since I had not really played PoE1 I said yes to the same message you are seeing and merged them. For me, now it shows all 3 accounts listed above the Primary login. It looks like:

Xbox Account
Old POE account
New POE account

For me it merged all 3 together but I am not sure what it will do for you.
